When the housing market collapsed, it hit the construction industry hard.  Many skilled laborers had to find new jobs and have not come back.  Many still, are nearing retirement age.  These issues have increased project lengths and labor costs.  Consumers then pay higher prices, and construction companies lose business.

We're finding students with the passion and aptitude to be skilled tradesmen and women.  Every school year, we'll present them with a scholarship to earn their certification, and pair them with a seasoned mentor who is eager to hire them upon the completion of their program.
